Copyright Licence Request Form

If you only seek to reproduce a small extract of Airservices material on a once-off basis, you will need to complete and submit a Copyright Licence Request Form.

Assessment of request by Airservices

Airservices will assess your Copyright Licence Request Form and in its absolute discretion determine whether to license the use of the requested material, subject to any terms, conditions or restrictions it deems applicable. The length of time for Airservices to assess your application will be at least two weeks, or longer depending on the complexity of the request.

Copyright Licence Agreement

Where Airservices agrees to license the use of the requested material in response to a Copyright Licence Request Form, it will issue a Copyright Licence Agreement to you for execution. No binding agreement will be created, and no licence to use the material will be provided, until a Copyright Licence Agreement has been entered into.

Copyright licence fee

A minimum copyright licence fee of $355 (GST inc) will apply where Airservices agrees to license the use of material in response to a Copyright Licence Request Form. Airservices may, in its absolute discretion, charge a licence fee.
