Airservices Australia releases September Network Overview

Airservices Australia has released its Australian Aviation Network Overview report for September 2023.

Australian aviation recorded 13 per cent growth over the 12 months to September 2023, with flights across all key international markets continuing to increase but at a stabilised rate, indicating that economic factors may be starting to impact demand.

We are also seeing a diversification in route connectivity along the East Coast benefitting from the expansion of regional services and stimulating travel demand.

Overall network performance improved in September in terms of on-time performance and consistency of published air traffic service levels.

The Australian Aviation Network Overview is updated monthly.
